We accept Medicare, all Medicaid programs including Hoosier Healthwise and HIP plus most commercial insurance plans. If you don’t have insurance and need help paying for health care we offer Raphael Advantage and a Sliding Scale program of discounts. Both programs are designed for low income uninsured individuals and families, offering discounts based upon income and family size.
Raphael Health Center has received Patient Centered Medical Home recognition for our team based approach to providing healthcare services where YOU are part of the primary care team. Your medical provider will remain your primary care clinician and together with you, our nurses and support staff will follow evidence-based quality guidelines as your care is coordinated. This is a partnership!
