 What We Do
Assistance Programs
Our Family Life Center (FLC) provides care for women of child bearing age and their children through 1 year of age. Working within the neighborhood we identify women who are pregnant, or at risk of an unplanned pregnancy and introduce them to the benefits of prenatal health care. FLC staff provide a cohesive range of prenatal care coordination services designed to increase the number of healthy babies born.
Psychosocial services are provided through the Social Worker and compliment the medical treatment. Needs are assessed and opportunities are identified in areas such as financial, transportation, nutrition, behavior modification, mental health and housing.
Raphael Health Center is pleased to work with the Little Red Door Cancer Agency Mammography Assistance Program (MAP). MAP provides access to breast health information and examination plus mammography for the uninsured and underserved of Central Indiana at no charge.
